Neffsville Plumbing & Heating is looking for friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to convert incoming service requests into booked appointments for field technicians. This position is the first line of communication for existing and new customers and serves a key role in establishing and building customer relationships and providing a positive impression of the company and the services provided. This full-time position requires schedule flexibility and includes some pre-scheduled nights and weekend shift work.

Essential Job Functions:
Quickly and efficiently answer and handle high-volume customer calls each shiftConveys a positive impression of the company while establishing and building long-term customer relationshipsSuccessfully converts customer requests (calls and internet) for service into booked appointments that meet or exceed the customer’s expectationsCorrectly addresses customer needs by quickly identifying the best path to resolution, and taking actionAccurately collects and enters all necessary customer information into the day service databaseContributes to the department and company's success by meeting and exceeding all performance objectivesMaintains performance proficiency by staying current on all updates and process changesProactively identify areas for process change to improve customer-handling proceduresAccurately collects and enters all necessary customer information into the service databaseCommunicates effectively and collaborates with all internal departments to satisfy customer needsFollows up with customers to ensure completion of and overall satisfaction with the service providedContributes to the department and company's success by meeting and exceeding all performance objectivesMaintains proficiency of performance by staying current on all updates and process changesProactively identify areas for process change to improve customer-handling proceduresQualifications:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented & experienced HVAC installation technician to join our team. You’ll be responsible for installing heating, cooling, indoor air quality, & ductwork systems to manufacturer & codes by local jurisdiction.
As an HVAC installation technician, you will work as part of a dynamic team providing 5-star customer experience by utilizing your expertise in the HVAC industry.
The ideal candidate has the technical skills to understand wiring diagrams, local codes, installation of equipment, while ensuring the equipment is configured and operates properly. Ready to join our growing HVAC team? The position will be based in the field, with your very own company-provided take-home truck.

Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and parts and installation teams.Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.Keep your truck inventory up to date.Properly complete paperwork.Have and maintain a clean driving record.Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.Replace heating, air conditioning, air quality, refrigeration, and control systemsUse electrical testing equipment to check electrical circuits and componentsTest pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaksJoin pipes or tubing from the equipment to the fuel, water, or refrigerant sourceLay out and connect electrical wiring using hand tools according to the wiring diagramComply with all applicable standards, codes, policies, and safety proceduresTell customers how to properly use their new HVAC equipmentEnter completed projects and the parts used into the databaseQualifications:
Certification or associate’s degree from an HVAC program at a technical school and 2+ years as an HVAC installation technician (preferred but not required)Basic understanding of electrical wiring and connectionsComfortable working in crawl spaces and atticsExcellent math, people, and problem-solving skillsExperience/ Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required, associates and college degrees preferred.Compensation:
Based on experience – earn $70k to $100k+ a year!!Benefits:
