Job Summary:We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in ground-up commercial healthcare construction to lead complex projects from preconstruction through final turnover. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of proven project management expertise, particularly in healthcare environments, and a strong command of Procore project management software. This role requires leadership, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills to ensure successful delivery of high-quality facilities in compliance with all codes, schedules, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:Lead all phases of ground-up healthcare construction projects ranging from $10M–$150M+Oversee the project lifecycle including preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction, and closeoutEnsure compliance with healthcare-specific codes and regulatory requirements (AHCA, OSHPD, Joint Commission, etc.)Drive collaboration between owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractorsCreate, manage, and maintain project documentation and workflow using ProcoreProactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategiesManage cost control, forecasting, change management, and pay applicationsLead regular owner, team, and subcontractor meetings to maintain alignment and transparencyFoster a strong jobsite safety culture in partnership with field leadershipCoach and mentor assistant project managers, project engineers, and support staff
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Preferred)10+ years of experience in project management with a focus on ground-up commercial healthcare facilitiesProven track record delivering complex hospital, medical center, outpatient, or surgical facilitiesProficiency in Procore is a mustDeep knowledge of healthcare construction standards, infection control, and compliance processesStrong understanding of design-build, CMAR, and lump sum project delivery methodsExcellent leadership, team management, and client relationship skillsOSHA 30 certification preferred; other industry certifications (LEED, CHC, PMP) are a plus
