We are looking for a person that enjoys working independently, requires minimal supervision, but also knows when to ask questions if help is needed. Responsibilities:
Attract qualified tenants / advertising and stagingMonthly collections and reportingInvestigate and resolve tenant complaintsUpdate and improve properties to increase return on investment / be able to work with contractorsEnsure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion including trackingEnforce lease policies and suggest lease improvementsMarket pricing analysis to ensure properties are competitively pricedPrepare and complete evictions as neededMonthly / Quarterly / Annual P&L AnalysisWork with code enforcement to ensure properties are in compliance with city ordinanceQualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in property management preferredFamiliarity with real estate contracts and leasesBasic knowledge of Texas residential tenancy lawsKnowledge of Excel required and Windows operating systemExcellent organization skillsExcellent communication skills (written/verbal)Ability to multitask and prioritizeBilingual a bonus (English/Spanish) Read Less
