    The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. The PSR I draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures. The PSR I has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner. Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time. Maintain a safe and professional environment. Performs with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures. Maintains required records and documentation. Demonstrates organizational commitment and promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public in general.

    Job Requirements: Ability to provide quality, error free work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision. Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric. Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime. Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington). Work Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience REQUIRED. One(+) years phlebotomy experience preferred. Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience a must.

    Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Business Development Representative to join the Weapon Systems (WS) Division Business Development (BD) team. This position will be based in Linthicum Heights, Maryland but can be worked from other suitable Northrop Grumman locations. This position could be worked remotely for the best qualified candidates as will be determined during the candidate review process.

    Job Summary: This position will report to the Manager of Business Development (BD) Operations for the Weapon Systems (WS) Division. In this role, the ideal candidate will support the WS BD operational requirements, pipeline data management, and coordination of WS BD deliverables.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Work with the WS Business Units (BUs) to maintain up-to-date and accurate pipeline data in Salesforce.Provide Salesforce support to the BD team including report/dashboard creation and other tool assistance.Coordinate deliverables for Corporate, Sector and Division data requests.Communicate with the BD team to keep them on track for meetings, reviews, and deliverables.Assist with IWO coordination, invoice processing, and other budget related tasks and tracking.Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

    Basic Qualifications:

    Must have 6 years of experience. Will consider a bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience.Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a secret clearance.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Primary Level Salary Range: $83,400.00 - $125,200.00. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
