    Position Overview:

    Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Capture Manager – Government IT Staffing (Federal & State) for an exciting Remote, Hybrid, or On-site opportunity in North Brunswick, NJ.

    If you know how to win government contracts and turn them into active IT staffing requisitions, we want to hear from you. We’re expanding our Federal & State IT Workforce Solutions practice and are looking for a Capture Manager who can own government relationships, capture strategy, proposals, and pipeline conversion end-to-end.

    What You’ll Own:

    Federal, State, and Local agency and prime integrator relationships

    Full capture lifecycle: early positioning → win themes → proposals

    Converting awards into steady IT staffing requisitions

    Teaming strategy, partner selection, and competitive analysis

    RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, task orders, and IDIQs

    Seamless handoff from award to recruiting and delivery execution

    What We’re Looking For:

    5+ years in Government Capture / GovCon BD / Proposal Support

    Proven Federal or State contract wins

    Strong grasp of government procurement and labor-based IT staffing

    Experience turning contracts into live demand

    Existing relationships preferred | Clearance a plus (not required)

    Position Summary

    The Certified Medical Assistant provides both front-office and back-office clinical support in a fast-paced healthcare setting. This role involves direct patient interaction, clinical procedures, administrative tasks, and coordination with clinical staff to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care. Strong collaboration with the care team is essential for success in this position.

    Key Responsibilities

    Greet, room, and assist patients during clinic visits

    Administer vaccines and assist with point-of-care (POC) testing

    Conduct EKGs as required

    Schedule appointments and manage patient flow

    Answer phones and assist with front-office duties

    Provide general clinical and administrative support as needed

    Qualifications

    Minimum of 1 year of Medical Assistant experience (excluding externship)

    Medical Assistant Certification strongly preferred

    Occupational Health experience strongly preferred

    Required experience with phlebotomy/venipuncture and EMR systems

    Strong attention to detail and effective patient communication skills

    Proficient computer skills

    Must-Have Skills & Certifications

    Front-office and back-office experience

    Phlebotomy

    EKG

    Point-of-care (POC) testing

    Scheduling and patient coordination

    Active BLS or CPR certification

    Rural hospital experience – preferred

    Experience with additional modalities (abdomen, OB/GYN, breast, vascular) – preferred

    Physical & Work Environment Requirements

    Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday

    Education, Certifications & Licensure

    Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ADN, BSN, or Diploma)

    High School Diploma or equivalent

    Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alaska or another U.S. state

    Alaska license must be obtained prior to start date (if not already active)

    BLS required

    ACLS and PALS required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire

    TNCC preferred (required for Emergency Department roles)

    Completion of required clinical and high-risk competencies within established timelines

    Experience Requirements

    No minimum experience required

    Acute care, emergency department, and/or long-term care experience preferred

    Knowledge & Skills

    Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices

    Familiarity with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards

    Excellent clinical judgment, assessment, and critical thinking skills

    Ability to supervise and collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently

    Professional demeanor with patients, families, staff, and external partners

    Required Certifications

    Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association

    Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – American Heart Association

    Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – American Heart Association

    Active Registered Nurse License – State of Alaska or Compact State
