We're seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with a proven track record in construction sales, specifically within the multifamily housing market. This role focuses on delivering service lines such as roofing, painting, interiors, exteriors, and restoration. The ideal candidate thrives on relationship-building, consultative selling, and closing complex deals that drive long-term business growth.
What You'll Do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through frequent, in-person engagement.Identify decision-makers and respond to RFPs, ITBs, and other bid opportunities.Develop and negotiate proposals that balance profitability with value, aiming for repeat business and long-term partnerships.Collaborate with clients to define project scopes that align with ADA, IBC, and local pricing standards.Perform property walk-throughs to identify issues, offer real-time pricing, and develop accurate scopes of work.Work closely with internal teamsincluding estimators, project managers, and superintendentsto ensure seamless project delivery.Attend and contribute to pre-construction, progress, and closeout meetings.Maintain detailed records in CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and manage invoicing and collections to support cash flow.Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to support business development.Be available to assist during catastrophic events and provide client support during emergencies.What You Bring:
