Role Summary As Superintendent, you’ll lead all field operations for multifamily and mixed use construction projects. You’ll be responsible for managing crews, coordinating trades, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and driving project schedules to successful completion. Key Responsibilities Lead all onsite operations: manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, oversee logistics, site setup, and daily execution. Enforce safety protocols, coordinate inspections, and maintain compliance with building codes, municipal or regulatory requirements.
