The role The Clinical Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new client growth through referral partnerships across the Phoenix healthcare community. This is an in-person, outside sales role focused on building, activating, and growing referral relationships with physicians, care teams, and community partners. You will spend your time in the field—visiting offices, following up consistently, and creating new opportunities for Navi to serve patients. Success in this role requires comfort with outreach, persistence, and the ability to navigate rejection while continuing to build trust over time. While clinical credibility is important, this role carries clear expectations around activity, relationship development, and revenue growth. What you’ll do Partnership Development must have phone and reliable internet. Initial onboarding and training at Navi HQ (Phoenix). Average 40 hours/week, including some weekends depending on client/partner availability. Flexible scheduling based on clients/partners and operational demands. Travel to the office (Phoenix, AZ) and/or client sites required.
