    Are you a detail-driven billing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and communicates fluently in both English and Spanish? We're looking for a Billing & Collections Specialist to join our Rental team in Phoenix and serve as a key point of contact for our customers throughout the invoicing and collections process.

    What You'll Do

    Rental Billing & Invoicing

    Generate and distribute accurate rental invoices in line with contract terms and billing schedulesSubmit invoices through customer billing portals (Ariba, Coupa, Taulia, and similar platforms) and ensure timely acceptanceMonitor portal status for approvals, rejections, and exceptions — and resolve issues quicklyReview rental agreements and work orders for accuracy before invoicingVerify that invoices reflect correct rental rates, equipment, dates, and applicable chargesResolve billing discrepancies in coordination with operations and field teamsMaintain organized billing records with proper account coding

    Customer Communication & Purchase Orders

    Serve as the primary billing contact for customers — communicating professionally in both English and SpanishProactively reach out to customers to obtain purchase orders (POs) required before invoicingTrack and follow up on outstanding or expiring POs to prevent billing delaysHandle billing inquiries and disputes promptly and with a solutions-first mindsetPartner with internal operations and account managers to keep customer information current

    Reporting & Administrative

    Support month-end close activities including billing reconciliation and invoice aging reviewMaintain organized digital and physical records per company retention policiesAssist with ad hoc finance and billing projects as needed What We're Looking For

    Required

    2+ years of billing or invoicing experienceBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish — verbal and written (required)Strong customer communication skills with a professional, solution-oriented approachExperience obtaining and tracking purchase orders from customersProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)High attention to detail with accurate data entry skillsAbility to juggle multiple priorities and hit deadlines in a high-volume environment

    Nice to Have

    Experience with customer-facing billing portals (Ariba, Coupa, Taulia, or similar)Background in equipment rental, fleet services, or field servicesFamiliarity with rental billing cycles and contract-based invoicing Compensation & Benefits

    Overview

    We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mobile Forklift Technician to join the team at Transwest Mobile Truck Repair, a subsidiary of Naumann Hobbs Material Handling, in Dallas, TX.

    In this role, you will be dispatched directly to customer locations to perform field repairs and maintenance on forklift and heavy equipment fleets. If you have a passion for mechanics, thrive in a dynamic field environment, and have a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

    ⚠** This is NOT a forklift operator position. This is a Mobile Forklift Mechanic role focused on field repair and maintenance. **⚠

    Key Responsibilities

    Respond to field service calls and travel to customer sites throughout the Dallas area to perform on-site maintenance and repairs on various forklifts and heavy equipment (gas, diesel, and electric).Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in mobile/field conditions to ensure optimal equipment performance and safety.Conduct on-site inspections and tests to proactively identify potential issues before they escalate.Maintain accurate and timely records of field repairs, parts used, and maintenance activities via mobile tools.Manage your service route and company vehicle professionally, keeping it stocked and organized for efficient field operations.Collaborate remotely with team members to improve equipment reliability and reduce customer downtime.Stay current with industry trends and advancements in forklift and material handling technology.Follow all OSHA safety standards and company policies while maintaining a safe and organized mobile workspace.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational certification in mechanics preferred.8+ years of experience as a forklift mechanic or heavy equipment technician.Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics in the field.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in mobile/field settings.Comfortable working outdoors and at various customer sites in varying conditions.Valid driver's license and clean driving record — required for operating a company service vehicle.Ability to pass background and drug screening.Must supply own tools (preferred).

    Preferred Qualifications (not required)

    OEM certifications (Toyota, Hyster, Crown, etc.)ASE or equivalent mechanical certifications
