At a typical sales appointment, you will ask the customer a series of questions to understand their needs, provide a thorough inspection of their home (including inside of their attic), provide your recommendation of the service(s) they would most benefit from, and close the deal by collecting a signed agreement and payment information.

What Youll Be Doing:
Creating and implementing a sales strategy that is effective in meeting both company and personal sales goalsTraveling to meet existing and potential customers face-to-face to identify their needsCommunicating with current and potential customers on a regular basis and providing solutions as neededMaintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services and how they can benefit our customersSupport customers after initial sales to ensure satisfaction and seek out opportunities for further salesDocument interaction with customers to ensure efficient management of leadsAdhering to all company procedures, values, and policies to ensure you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customersRequirements:
Valid Florida drivers license with a clean driving record is requiredYou must have a minimum of 2 years of sales experiencePrevious experience in pest control is highly preferred (but not required)You must have experience utilizing common customer management relationship software and platformsYou must successfully pass all pre-employment screening that includes reviewing criminal history, driving record, verification of work history, and verification of academic credentials, licenses, and certifications.Physical Requirements: This role requires climbing into attics and onto roofs and working primarily outdoors in potential adverse weather conditions.
