The Glen hosts a diverse portfolio of premier sports car, open wheel and stock car races throughout the year.

    Watkins Glen International is looking for a responsible and motivated Sales Associate who is ready to take on responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales. Our ideal candidate will deliver a professional presentation to customers, and uphold the ideals and standards of our company. The successful Sales Associate will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations. The Sales Associate is responsible for receiving money from and disbursing money to customers while maintaining a high level of customer service at all times. This is a part-time event-based position from April to October.

    Responsibilities:Greeting customers, responding to questions and providing outstanding customer serviceOperating cash register, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawersDirecting customers to merchandise within the storeMaintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floorCross-selling products to increase purchase amountsOpen/close store and complete daily checklistEducation and/or Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Prior customer service experience is strongly preferred.Other Skills, Abilities, and/or Qualifications:Minimum age 18 years old.Ability to stand for long periods of time.Ability to work with others and take direction.Ability to maintain a professional and courteous attitude with guests at all times.Ability to work nights/weekends as assigned.Excellent verbal communication skills.Reliable transportation to and from the track location.     IOWA SPEEDWAY

    Located near Des Moines, Iowa Speedway joined the NASCAR family of tracks in 2013. Known as the "Fastest Short Track on the Planet", Iowa Speedway plays host to two major race weekends a year, welcoming the ARCA Menards Series and the NTT INDYCAR Series. The track was designed by NASCAR Hall of Famer Rusty Wallace.

    Sitting on just over 200 acres on the outskirts of the Des Moines Metro Area, Iowa Speedway is "The Fastest Short Track On The Planet." It has been a staple of NASCAR feeder series such as the O'Reilly Auto Parts Series and the ARCA Menards Series since the track opened in 2007, and has recently become the home of the NASCAR Cup Series. In addition to a weekend full of NASCAR racing, Iowa Speedway is home to other events throughout the year.

    The Event Marketing Department is responsible for consumer marketing, community relations, and guest communication distribution for Iowa Speedway. Promotions Ambassadors are a part of the Marketing Street Team, who are responsible for assisting the department with varied activities and events that promote Iowa Speedway. Activities include short track races, festivals, trade shows, expos, appearances, partner events, etc. This position will run through Iowa's NASCAR Race Weekend, which is August 7-9, 2026.

    Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

    Enthusiastically interact with and educate the public on Iowa Speedway history, information, and ticket opportunitiesResponsible for the loading and unloading of the Iowa Speedway Promotional CarEnsure that the display is appropriately supplied with promotional materials and giveaway itemsEnsure that the display presentation is neat, organized, and pleasing to the eyeActively collect prospects for future email campaignsAttend in-market events for the purpose of maximizing sales opportunitiesBe an expert on the products and services offered by Iowa SpeedwayContinuing education in the sport of NASCAR and sports industry standards on customer careConform to all safety regulationsAssist in the setup and teardown of the displayOther duties as assigned

    Phoenix Raceway Event Staff Home to NASCAR's Championship Weekend, Phoenix Raceway has been the premier motorsports venue in the Southwest since 1964 and hosts two NASCAR race weekends each year. In March, the Shriners Children's 500 NASCAR Weekend kicks off the race season at Phoenix Raceway, featuring the NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Xfinity Series and ARCA Menards Series. In November, champions will be crowned in the NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Xfinity Series, NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and ARCA Menards Series West. Phoenix Raceway also hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including corporate meetings and conferences, charity events, holiday events, sport and endurance competitions, driving schools and Segway tours. Essential Functions: Perform fire and EMS response functions (fire prevention, fire suppression, patient assessment / treatment) Perform track restoration functions (fluid spills, debris collection) Practice and maintain professional work ethic and appearance. Shifts range from 6-16 hours depending on event. Certification Requirements: Current firefighter certification, emergency services background, or motorsports safety background Current BLS CPR card (ASHI, American Red Cross and American Heart accepted) Current ACLS card (Paramedics only) (ASHI, American Red Cross and American Heart accepted) Qualifications/Requirements: Minimum age 18 years old.
