    We are seeking a Commercial Litigation and Insurance Defense Partner to join a nationally focused litigation practice. This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator who can independently manage complex matters across multiple jurisdictions while maintaining strong relationships with insurers and corporate clients.

    Key Responsibilities
    Lead a national docket of commercial litigation and insurance defense matters from intake through resolution
    Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, ADR, trial, and appeals
    Manage carrier and client reporting, including budgets, e-billing compliance, and guideline adherence
    Develop and execute case strategies focused on efficiency and favorable outcomes
    Evaluate matters for early resolution, dispositive opportunities, and settlement value
    Maintain and strengthen relationships with insurance carriers and institutional clients
    Qualifications

    Experience:

    Minimum 5–7 years of litigation experience

    Background:

    Experience with a nationally recognized, regional, or sophisticated boutique litigation firm preferred

    Bar Admission:

    Must be admitted in Georgia, New York, or New Jersey

    Portable Book of Business:

    Preferred: $200,000+ (not required)
    Ideal Candidate Profile
    Deep familiarity with insurer billing guidelines and reporting requirements
    Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-stakes litigation dockets
    Strong organizational and case management skills
    Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment
