About the Role
The In-Home Caregiver role exists to deliver consistent, dignified, non-medical care in the client's home according to the care plan, while maintaining the standards that make My Happy Place Home Care the agency families trust. When this role is done right, the family knows their loved one is safe, the client feels respected, and the agency keeps its promise to deliver peace of mind on every shift.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Provide personal hygiene assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressingAssist with ambulation, transfers, and Activities of Daily LivingPlan and prepare meals, complete light housekeeping, and run errands or accompany the client to appointmentsProvide medication reminders only we are a non-medical agency and do not administer or assist with taking medicationDocument each visit accurately and on timeRespond appropriately to emergencies and report any unusual incidentsWhat We Offer

You will always have a clear care plan, a clear schedule, and a clear point of contact before your shift begins.You will only be asked to provide non-medical care we do not assign medical tasks outside the scope of a Personal Care Aide.You will receive ongoing training throughout the year, including new techniques, safety updates, and best practices in non-medical home care.You will work in an environment where the standards are clear and consistent care plans are followed, documentation is completed, and attendance is recognized.Our Standards

Compensation & Schedule
Pay Range: $14.00 to $15.00 per hour, paid weekly every Friday
Schedule:
Shifts available 7 days per week, including overnights and weekendsMinimum commitment: 20 hours per weekShifts assigned based on availability submitted weeklyOn-call shifts available with premium payNon-Negotiable Requirements

Be at least 18 years of ageHave a valid driver's licenseHave a reliable vehicle to drive to and from shiftsHave current automobile insurancePass a state and federal background check (no felony convictions within the last 10 years)Pass a drug screenBe authorized to work in the United StatesExperience Level All Welcome
