What You'll Be Doing
Managing a full pre-litigation caseload from intake through settlementLeading and mentoring a team of 2–3 case staffInvestigating liability and damages to maximize case valueBuilding strong relationships with clients and guiding them through the legal processNegotiating settlements with insurance companiesCommunicating with adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providersDriving cases toward successful and efficient resolutionsMaintaining organized and accurate case files using case management softwareWhat We're Looking For
Active California Bar License in good standing2+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experienceExperience handling:Motor Vehicle AccidentsSlip and Fall CasesPremises LiabilityGeneral Negligence MattersStrong settlement negotiation skillsExcellent communication and client service abilitiesStrong organizational and case management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentLeadership experience is a plusBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not requiredWhy Attorneys Choose MVP
