Responsibilities Who You Are As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a transit motor vehicle, providing reliable and efficient public transportation for the Raleigh Durham Airport. No CDL is required for this role. Responsibilities: * On-time passenger pick-up and drop-off. * The primary objective of the Driver is providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation to all passengers. * Ensure safe and clean vehicle condition at the start and end of each shift. * Conducting pre and post trip inspections to ensure proper operating condition of vehicle and on-board equipment. * Communicating effectively with dispatch or central office via two-way radio. * Provide excellent customer service including but not limited to assisting in the boarding and de-boarding of passengers, supplying information, and responding appropriately in the event of emergency. * Employing all defensive driving techniques to minimize risk. * Focus on safety to reduce the opportunity for injury to self or other employees. Qualifications Driver Minimum Requirements: * Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical. * Must?have a had a license for at least three (3) years and a safe driving history. * Must have strong customer service skills and the desire to work with people. * Possess excellent communication and decision-making skills.
