    Strategic Support: Be the driving force behind our Sales team's success. Proactively manage quote activities, develop relationships with broker partners, and contribute to achieving ambitious sales goals. Proposal Excellence: Take charge of the proposal process. Receive and manage RFPs, prepare compelling proposals, and ensure timely responses. Your attention to detail will make our presentations stand out. Underwriting Expertise: Dive into life and long-term disability cases. From underwriting to quoting premium rates, you'll be a pivotal part of the sales process, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness. Smooth Implementation: Your role doesn't end with the sale. Coordinate the installation process, partnering with various stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions. Your dedication ensures accuracy in paperwork and client satisfaction. Industry Insight: Stay ahead of the curve. Keep abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and ensure compliance with State Insurance Department regulations.     WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    Monitor and operate all Security Control Center systems, including access control, CCTV, IP cameras, DVRs, fire alarms, elevators, paging systems, and emergency communications. Manage employee access credentials, issue and track ID cards, control secured doors and parking gates, update records, and generate access reports and video footage as needed. Demonstrates strong decision-making, communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills; able to perform effectively under stress in a team-oriented environment. Certified (or able to obtain certification) in CPR, AED, and First Aid; compliant with OSHA standards and safety requirements. Physically capable of extended standing/walking and lifting 50+ pounds; able to operate security vehicles, radios, scanners, and fire safety equipment. Reliable first responder in a 24/7 operation, maintaining regular attendance, valid driver's license, and availability for overtime, holidays, and severe weather coverage.     WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    Oversee and supervise sales activity for Registered Representatives and Offices of Supervisory Jurisdiction within an assigned region. Strong working knowledge of FINRA, SEC, and MSRB rules, with the ability to analyze sales activity, exception reports, and investigations to ensure regulatory and firm compliance. Proven ability to work independently, manage complex priorities, and make sound, rule based decisions under pressure while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, support issue resolution, and travel up to 10% with flexibility across time zones.
