We build tents, flooring, lighting, and full event setups for everything from backyard parties to large-scale corporate events.
You’ll start by learning the work in the field, then earn your way into leading a crew.
Advancement is based on performance — move up as fast as you prove you can.

What You’ll Do
Install tents, structures, flooring, lighting, and event equipmentWork outdoors in a fast-paced, physical environmentLearn layouts, systems, and efficient build processesTake on more responsibility as your skills growWhat We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license (must be able to drive company vehicles)Mechanically inclined and hands-onReliable, high-energy, and able to move with urgencyComfortable working outdoors in all conditionsPhysically capable (lifting 50+ lbs regularly)Willing to travel (some overnight jobs—typically the coolest projects!)This Job is NOT for You If
