    Deaconess Hospital MHA II Float Pool

    This position is for Deaconess Hospital MHA II Float Pool. Will provide 1:1 sitter care for all units as needed.

    Pay starting at $21.18/hr (Hourly rate is based on years of licensed CNA experience).

    Position Summary

    The Mental Health Associate II is responsible for providing a safe, supportive and therapeutic environment while providing direct observation for an assigned patient experiencing confusion, suicidal ideation, or other psychiatric condition requiring close supervision. This position works in conjunction with the Registered Nurse assigned to the patient.

    Position Summary
