MTY Builders is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk & Warranty Coordinator to join our team full-time. As the first point of contact for MTY Builders, this position plays an important role in creating a positive and professional first impression for clients, vendors, homeowners, and visitors. We are looking for someone who is welcoming, polished, organized, and confident in both communication and presentation.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable handling both front office responsibilities and customer service coordination for our warranty department.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionallyGreet clients, homeowners, and visitorsManage incoming emails and customer service requestsCoordinate and schedule warranty service appointmentsMaintain warranty calendars, reports, and spreadsheetsCommunicate with homeowners, vendors, and field personnel regarding service requestsAssist with sales and closing documentationOrganize and file incoming documentsSort and distribute mail and deliveriesMaintain office organization and common areasMonitor office supply and snack inventoryProvide administrative support to multiple departments as neededAssist with office errands and deliveriesPerform additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of administrative assistant, receptionist, or customer service experience preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsProfessional verbal and written communication skillsFriendly and professional demeanorAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and basic computer systemsExperience in construction, homebuilding, warranty, or real estate industry is a plusBilingual in English/Spanish preferredHigh school diploma or GED required

Pay

The ideal candidate is an experienced leader in residential construction with strong organizational and communication skills. This role is key in maintaining construction timelines, quality control and subcontractor coordination, all while ensuring a safe and productive job site.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all phases of residential construction projects from start to finish.Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers and inspections.Monitor construction progress to ensure quality standards, timelines and budgets are met.Enforce safety protocols and hob site cleanliness at all timesMaintain detailed daily reports and communicate status updates to project managers.Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays or budget overruns.Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work meets building codes and company standards.Serve as t he main point of contract between field crews and office staff.Communicate effectively with team members and subcontractors.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in residential construction supervisionFluent in English and Spanish (required)Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety practices and local building codes.Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.Proficient in construction management software or Microsoft Office toolsReliable transportation and valid driver's license.
