Vandeventer St. Louis, MO 63110 Hourly Rate: $18.00 What Will Your Job Look Like? The Customer Care Representative is the frontline representative and image of MTM Health. The Customer Care Representative will handle a variety of tasks which will increase in complexity as the Customer Care Representative's skills progress, but will consist primarily of handling inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities. Expect to handle 60 - 80 calls a day and higher volumes on Mondays. All you need for the Customer Care Representative role is: * Must currently reside in Missouri and be able to work ON-SITE at the address listed above * 1 year of Call Center experience * 6 months Customer Service experience * Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills Your Potential. The Customer Service Representative will handle a variety of tasks, which include phone calls (both outgoing and incoming calls), general clerical tasks, data entry, process picture ID's, handle customer requests, and receptionist and administrative support. This position sits in our Phoenix, AZ office working Mon-Fri. Hours of operations are 8am-5pm Arizona time. The Ombudsman is MTM's designated member advocate responsible for investigating issues and working towards resolution for all members in the assigned region in accordance with client requirements and MTM policies and procedures. The Ombudsman partners with advocacy groups, other local and State Ombudsman, and providers while acting as a resource to assist members whose issues may exceed MTM contract requirements. This is a full-time position dedicated to acting as an independent advocate for beneficiaries to investigate and resolve issues related to NEMT services. Works collaboratively with stakeholders and the District to adjudicate complaints. This is an on-site position in Washington, DC.
