The Medical Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients in a busy private nephrology practice. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations including patient scheduling, insurance verification, patient check-in and check-out, and administrative support to physicians and clinical staff. The ideal candidate is highly organized, compassionate, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced medical environment.

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office setting preferred
Experience with EMR (preferrable Epic)

Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
Proficiency with computers, scheduling software and office equipment
