Schedule: Monday Friday
Hours: No Guaranteed Work Week (GWW), 32 hours/week preferred
Coverage Areas: Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, New Kent, Richmond, Charles City, Aylett (may extend up to 60-mile radius from facility)
Visits: Average 4 6 per day (depends on visit type)
Experience Required:
Home Health
OASIS documentation (mandatory)
Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred.
If no HCHB experience, client may allow training at a reduced rate for first 2 weeks, depending on manager s approval

Hours: Mon-Wed 8a-6p, Thurs 9a-7p lunch 1hr unpaid, Fri 8a-1p
Clinical Staff: 1 MCD 3 DAs
Required procedures: SRP, Placing LAA, Piero charting
