    Who are we hiring?

    The Senior Manager Capital Projects will be responsible for overseeing New York and Chicago market general capital and construction projects with focus on the MSG owned Theatres (Radio City Music Hall, Beacon Theatre and The Chicago Theatre). This position will facilitate new projects and builds. The Senior Manager Capital Projects will work with project specifications, budgetary allotments, contractors, architects, consulting engineers and inhouse resources. Key duties of this role include: project management, budget, scope, cost controls, schedule, quality controls and oversight for assigned projects. This position will report into the Senior Director Capital Projects.

    What will you do?
    Working with department heads and P&L leaders, develop 5-year capital plan for each MSG venue.Assist in the management of the project team which may be inclusive of third-party consultants, designers, architects, project managers, expediters, internal trades and general contractors for each project.Demonstrated knowledge in the areas of electrical & mechanical systems, low voltage systems, IT infrastructure, DAS systems, AV systems and Broadcast infrastructure.Oversee the transition of each approved construction and/or capital project initiative from planning, budgeting, bidding and through all project execution phases.Working with Procurement, oversee bid solicitation process for all contractors, vendors, consultants, and suppliers.Demonstrated working knowledge of design solutions, product procurement and delivery logistics.Responsible for the planning stages, project safety aspects (OSHA) and equipment operational challenges.Achieve company objectives in areas of cost, scheduling and qualityEnsure that the applicable projects receive Certificate of Occupancy and obtain entitlements and permits as necessary from City Agencies.In collaboration with the Senior Director of Capital Projects and Senior Director, Back of House Operations, conduct periodic site visits to evaluate contractor performance and qualityManage compliance with legal, regulatory, and environmental requirementsPrepare and present weekly project updatesPerform in-event management oversight as Building Operations Manager on Duty (MOD) once per week during the annual Christmas Spectacular season and provide ongoing in-event management support throughout the year based on business needs.Responsible for managing a financial budget of $500k - $5M.Will have direct management over various union trades for construction and various projects throughout the year, and will supervisor vetted design and construction firms and vendors.Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.
    What do you need to succeed?
    Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in construction/project management/building infrastructure.     As Event Security at the Chicago Theatre you will promote positive guest/client experiences during the beginning (ingress), middle of event and show departure (egress). An Event Security role is responsible for greeting the guest, searching bags and wading guests if they alarm on the magnetometers. Ensure the safety of guests, assisting with emergency or medical situations, and answering general questions regarding the event or the Chicago Theatre. As a crucial member of our team, a Chicago Event Security may be requested to work a flexible schedule inclusive of early mornings, day & evening shifts (late evenings may be required), weekends, holidays and back to back events. Additionally, an Event Security may be assigned to an area with adverse temperature/weather conditions such as observing the surroundings for any threats, directing guests in/out of the theater while being positioned outside of the building. This role requires Event Security to stand and move freely throughout the property during their shift.

    What will you do?
    Ensure protection of facilities, properties, employees and guests of The Chicago Theatre.Promote positive guest/client experience. Reporting to the VP of Internal Communications, this role translates business priorities into clear, compelling messaging that informs, engages, and connects employees.

    What will you do?

Develop communications for engagement programs, recognition initiatives, milestones and company events.     In coordination with the Senior Director Communications, this role supports the development and execution of communications, publicity strategy, and key organizational initiatives for the New York Rangers. The Director Communications partners cross-functionally to ensure accurate and consistent communication with media, as well as internal and external stakeholders, including content, marketing, event presentation, ticketing, partnerships, and MSG Network. This role will also be responsible for managing game night staff, overseeing the credentialing process for home games, leading the development of the team's media guide, and coordinating information flow with the NYR content team.

    What will you do?
    Travel to the majority of road games and coordinate locker room availability in partnership with department leadership. Monitor player availability and communicate updates as needed. Assist with player and coach media preparation, including drafting media training materials. Partner with MSG Sports Communications to support and execute publicity efforts for the franchise. Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Event Presentation, Community Relations, Ticketing, Partnerships, and Garden of Dreams to identify and coordinate player-related initiatives. Identify and develop human-interest story opportunities featuring Rangers players. Maintain strong relationships with traditional and non-traditional media contacts. Oversee credentialing operations for all home games at Madison Square Garden, including management of press seating. Develop press materials, including press releases and media advisories, and support pitching, securing, and tracking media coverage. Manage department-led special events and related activities.

    The Director, Business Solutions will leverage their extensive entertainment industry knowledge to lead the creation of partnership inventory and platforms through ideation focused on MSG Entertainment's properties.

    The Director, Business Solutions will work closely with the VP, Strategy & Operations to define the strategic sales plan around each of the MSG Entertainment (MSGE) properties and venues, including Radio City Music Hall, Radio City Christmas Spectacular and the Radio City Rockettes, concerts and family shows at Madison Square Garden, The Theater at MSG, the Chicago Theatre and the Beacon Theatre. S/he will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including the P&L owners of MSGE's Live and Productions businesses) to lead the creation of partnership platforms for prospective partners (new business) and current partners (upsells and renewals) through ongoing communication, research (identify industry leaders, best practices, emerging technologies), platform development (idea generation, marketing collaboration and proposal construction), rate card creation (pricing/P&L development), revenue maximization across assets, internal vetting (Division approvals), creative presentations (write sales deck outlines, collaborate with design team to bring vision to life) and inventory management.     The Production Manager is responsible for the successful advancement and completion of the assigned events across the Madison Square Garden venues, including but not limited to Radio City Music Hall & The Beacon Theatre.
