    About the Role

    Liberty Dental Plan is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mailroom Temp to support our Claims Medicaid department. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing all incoming mail and documentation for processing, ensuring claims and related materials move efficiently and accurately through our systems. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a professional, team-oriented mindset who thrives in a structured office environment.


    Job Duties

    •          Open, sort, and prep incoming mail for processing

    •          Assist with outgoing mail preparation and distribution

    •          Scan documents into the claims system with accuracy and attention to detail

    •          Image and file claims back-up documentation and x-rays

    •          Manage and route incoming faxes to the appropriate department or personnel

    •          Promote and support a positive, collaborative teamwork culture

    •          Maintain a safe and productive working environment by following established protocols

    •          Interact professionally with all colleagues and external contacts

    •          Perform other duties as assigned


    Requirements

    •       High school diploma or GED

    •          At least 1 year of experience in an office setting, including prior data entry experience

    •          Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

    •          Reliable, consistent attendance and the ability to work onsite every day

    •          Strong time management and organizational skills

    •          Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision

    •          Comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

    Job Description
    MRI Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Project Coordinator II, III & IIII who will be in charge of managing administrative and organizational duties and acting as a point of contact between SAS and on-site contractors to ensure the project operates smoothly. Preferably, PCs should possess expertise in the specific areas they are assigned to oversee, to ensure effectiveness and clarity. The Mechanical Project Coordinator will provide field‐level construction coordination and oversight for contractor activities supporting the SAS Taylor semiconductor facility.

    In this role you will:

    Bridge the gap between field operations and SAS Management.Minor administrative duties as defined by SAS.Develop and maintain a project communication plan.Coordinating meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, and preparing agendas to maintain alignment between SAS and Contractors.Managing field-level project documentation, ensuring all forms and reports are accurately executed, correctly filed, and accessible.Promoting and maintaining a team atmosphere between SAS, coordinators, tool engineers, project managers, contractors, and vendors.Ensure timely progress reporting, providing stakeholders with accurate project status updates.Overseeing and managing the day-to-day field-level operational tasks and conflict resolution.Promptly taking ownership of delegated or observed issues and escalating them to the relevant Stakeholders.Monitor and maintain Daily Reporting (DR), Pre-Task Plans (PTPs), Site Risk Analysis (SRAs), and other relevant documentation ensuring both timely and accurate execution.Resolve field-level SOR quantity survey disputes, if required.Maintaining stop-work authority by investigating and stopping work when unsafe conditions are identified.Conduct spot compliance audits as directed by SAS.Incident documentation and investigation.Document and engage with SAS for lessons learned.

    Requirements

    Journeyman license is preferred, but relevant certifications may be accepted at SAS’ discretion.Experience with semiconductor or related construction industries is preferred, but knowledge of applicable construction codes and installation best practices for MEP trades is mandatory.Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field experience is preferred.Minimum of 4+ years of experience in construction project coordination or management, must be knowledgeable and up to date with applicable construction codes regarding installation ‘best practices’ for MEP trades.Proven track record of successful projects completed.Similar project experience in Semiconductor, Advanced Technology, or Industrial projects.Excellent communication and organization skills.Journeyman level in Piping/Mechanical preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related construction management software.\nCompany Description

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead and coordinate testing activities for Medicaid system changes, including functional testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and operational readiness testing across C21, CMS/LTC, V21, Phoenix, and PSWin
    • Translate requirements and user stories into detailed test conditions, test cases, and expected results; ensure traceability from requirements through test execution
    • Plan, develop, and review test models for product test and release control efforts, including test plans, test data, and test scripts
    • Coordinate and participate in trading partner testing activities
    • Serve as a testing liaison between business stakeholders, HHSC product family owners, application teams, and other vendors; communicate testing status, findings, and risks clearly and concisely
    • Attend user and client meetings as needed; represent testing perspective in cross-functional discussions
    • Actively participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives

    Skills required:

    2. 10+ years of hands-on experience using, researching and resolving complex issues on Phoenix and PSWin
    3. 10+ years of experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements for Medicaid programs
    5. Strong working knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum development methodologies and testing practices
    6. Demonstrated ability to manage a significant and varied workload independently with minimal supervision
    7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey technical testing findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
