Mr. Perfect Plumbing is a residential service shop in Denver-metro. We're hiring one service plumber to join our team.
About the role
You'll run service calls in residential homes — diagnosis, repair, replacement, and direct customer communication. You'll have a take-home truck, and uniforms provided, and a dispatcher who actually keeps your schedule full. We use Housecall Pro for dispatch, invoicing, and field documentation, and we actually use it — no "the software is broken" days.
Compensation
This is a performance-based role. Our service techs earn between $85,000 and $120,000 per year.
What we don't do
We do not set ticket-average targets. Our techs are not penalized for honest "you don't need this replaced" calls. We're looking for a tech who fixes what needs fixing and tells customers the truth — that's how we keep them coming back.
Qualifications
