We are seeking a Software Engineer to Design, develop, and support high-volume ETL and document-processing workflows that ingest, transform, validate, and reconcile millions of records and documents annually across JSON, XML, fixed-width, delimited, mainframe, print-stream, and API-based data sources. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our engineering and production teams to build robust document processing workflows, leveraging expertise in PDF and print technologies, including Crawford Technologies, Solimar Systems, or similar transform tools.

PHP ETL & Document Processing Engineer:
In this role, you will (responsibilities):
Write object oriented and pragmatic applications using PHP and PDFLib to support high-volume transaction printing workflowsImplement solutions for custom font handling, font encoding, embedding, and text rendering in PDF documentsLeverage PDF tools (e.g., PDFLib (via PHP), Quadient, Crawford Technologies) to enhance document functionality and automationIntegrate with the AWS ASDK, and third-party and internal API’s and servicesDevelop and support software integrations with BCC Mail Manager to automate postal processing tasks such as address standardization, presort generation, NCOA updates, and manifest creation, ensuring compliance with USPS regulations and optimizing mail delivery efficiencyProduce quality, readable, and maintainable code; clearly communicate code with both technical and non-technical co-workersConvert client requirements and designs into functional applicationsDisplay a positive, helpful attitude to help create a friendly environment for clients and co-workersEnsure the growth of the business and be committed to the company’s successThe ideal candidate will (skills, education, requirements):
Have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or comparable work experienceHave 4 –6 years LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) stack development experience; statement processing industry experience highly desirableExpertise with PDF workflows and solutions (Crawford Technology, PDFLib library, Quadient, Adobe, iText, or similar)Print industry experience, especially with print stream conversion and transformation (PDF, AFP, PostScript, PCL, etc.)Have AWS experience (S3, EC2, RDS, CloudWatch, AWS SDK, etc.)Have experience parsing complex data formats (JSON, XML, delimited, fixed-width, mainframe, etc.)Have API development and testing experience (RESTful, SOAP, etc.)Have a passion for coding with strong technical aptitudeHave strong organizational, planning, and project management skillsDemonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervisionDemonstrate superior interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsHave a strong work ethic with a “can do; will do” attitudeThrive in a team environment and be a positive team playerAbout MPX

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated & disciplined Strategic Partnerships Manager to help MPX with identifying, developing, and managing relationships with external partners and third-party distributors to expand MPX’s market reach and drive revenue growth. This role will play a key part in building and scaling a partner ecosystem that generates pipeline and revenue. The ideal candidate is both relationship-driven and commercially focused, with the ability to translate partnerships into measurable business outcomes and long-term value for the organization
What You’ll Do:
Build and manage relationships with external partners and third-party distributors to drive mutual successDevelop and execute partnership and channel strategies that generate pipeline and revenue growthIdentify, establish, and onboard new partners aligned with MPX’s target markets and strategic prioritiesCultivate and maintain relationships with senior leaders within partner organizationsCreate and expand referral networks to increase partner-driven sales opportunitiesNegotiate and structure partnership agreements that align with MPX’s strategic goals and deliver mutual valueCollaborate with Business Development, Client Services, Technology, and Leadership to align partner activity with overall go-to-market effortsMonitor partner performance and ensure quality and consistency of partner-driven opportunitiesSupport partner enablement efforts to effectively position MPX’s capabilities and solutionsWho You Are:

We are required to notify employees and applicants that MPX and SFX America utilize video monitoring equipment in our Portland, ME and LaVergne, TN locations. Cameras are located throughout the buildings and are designed to capture movement between locked areas that require badge access, both ingress and egress from the building and internally between MPX and SFX in order to capture who is coming and going from the building including personnel and/or visitors. In addition, cameras are pointed at areas where physical media is being handled. Access is restricted to authorized personnel based on their role, and MPX maintains documented physical security controls within its IT Policy that govern facility access, visitor management, and video surveillance.
