Position Overview:
The Director, Project Controls is a strategic leadership role responsible for integrating and overseeing cost control, schedule control, and document control functions across a portfolio of greenfield capital projects. This individual will develop and implement systems, processes, and tools that ensure transparency, accountability, and performance alignment from project initiation through commissioning. The Health & Safety Manager is responsible for leading the site to the goal of “zero” injuries through the implementation of the safety behavior program, employee engagement and continuous improvement. Ensure the site Safety programs are implemented and maintained in an appropriate manner. Implement accident prevention programs, conduct field safety audits, and recommend measures to minimize hazards.
Position Responsibilities:

Position Overview:
The Industrial Electrician reports to the Maintenance Manager and works with Operations, Engineering, Construction, and Technology teams to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems for manufacturing equipment and supporting infrastructure. Equipment includes furnaces, mills, presses, CNC machines, wet chemical processes, and lab systems. The role requires expertise in industrial electrical systems such as VFDs, power distribution, backup power systems, transformers, motors, pumps, controllers, and HVAC equipment.
Position Responsibilities:
Install Dedicated and Branch circuits for electrical equipment such as control circuits, wires, cables, breakers to ensure proper electrical functions.Install timer switches contactors for lighting system upgrades such as control circuits and fixtures to ensure proper electrical functions.Repair electric lights, transformers, switchboards, and other electrical apparatus for proper function.Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electronic components of manufacturing process equipment.Test electrical/electronic wiring, equipment, systems, or fixtures.Perform ground checks.Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and maintain switch gear, transformers, power monitoring, and electrical distribution systems.Troubleshoot electrical problems in Automatic Transfer Switch Controls, power distribution circuits, lighting control and control circuits for maintenance and proper function.Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair fire protection system electrical components.Follow all aspects of maintenance safety protocol (LOTOTO, Arc Flash, etc.).Work closely with EHS to ensure that all work is done to ensure world class health and safety, and full compliance with relevant environmental regulations.Other duties, as assigned.Basic Qualifications:

Position Overview:
The Health & Safety Specialist will assist in the preparation and training related to health and safety of site personnel with a primary emphasis on OSHA, hazard recognition, workplace inspections, safety training, site specific awareness, and emergency response. The Health and Safety Specialist helps train workers in safety procedures and requirements, monitor working conditions, and ensure proper procedures are in place and being followed. The Health & Safety Specialist also takes an active role in the facilities emergency response plans and incident investigations by assisting in developing, inspecting, auditing procedures, coordinating response actions, and developing corrective actions to deal with hazards and emergencies.

Position Overview:
There are four levels of process engineers in the Process Technology and Engineering Department, I, II, and Senior, all reporting to the area Lead Process Engineer. MP Materials is currently looking for levels I, II, and Senior Process Engineers. They will collaborate with other plant engineering staff, supervisors, operators, and management in the design, implementation, startup, and optimization of various new and existing unit operations, monitor daily process and equipment control parameters, and adjust as necessary to ensure safe production, quality, efficiency, and uninterrupted operation. Process engineers also investigate process upsets, develop conceptual engineering & initial capital project scopes, and make recommendations to improve process safety, quality, efficiency, and profitability.
Position Responsibilities:

MP Materials is seeking an Engineer to join the Magnet Technology group to support development technologies for advanced manufacturing to produce high-performance rare earth permanent magnets. Position Overview:

The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert (SME) in industrial instrumentation who can lead technical design, standardization, vendor engagement, and project execution.
