Position Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to join our team in Hinton, WV. In this role, you will provide personalized, in-home support to clients, assisting them with daily living activities, companionship, and ensuring their safety and well-being. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Key Responsibilities
Provide in-home care services based on individual care plansAssist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, etc.)Offer companionship and emotional supportMonitor and report changes in clients’ health or condition to supervisors and healthcare professionalsAdminister medication reminders as directedMaintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clientsCommunicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providersFollow all company policies, regulations, and care guidelinesQualifications
Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredValid driver’s license and reliable transportationWillingness to undergo a background checkStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPatience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressureWarm, caring personality with a commitment to client dignity and respectPrevious caregiving or healthcare experience preferred (but not required—training provided)What We Offer
