    Job Description

    The Sales Engineer - Video Security & Access Control, holds a key position that requires a dynamic individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about utilizing cameras, analytics, sensors, and access technologies to deliver outcomes-based physical security solutions for customers.

    Responsibilities include:

    Effectively disseminate product knowledge by providing thorough training to sales teams, manufacturing representatives, channel partners, and end-users.Articulate the technology and demonstrate differentiated value propositions to both business and technical prospects.Conduct compelling in-person and remote product demonstrations and lead technical discussions.Support sales team in responding to RFP's by designing, specifying, and quoting systems.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.Extensive travel to provide on-site support for sales, integration, troubleshooting, and training.Collaborate with the customer success and support teams in providing post-sales support to customers.Manage demo equipment assets.Closely support sales teams in achieving sales targets and strategic goals.Be proactive in the entire sales cycle, assisting in the identification of stakeholders; identifying potential risks in the engagement and proposing mitigating actions.Perform related duties as assigned.

    Specific Knowledge / Skills:

    3+ years of experience in one of the following: Sales, Engineering, Video or Solutions Architecture.Strong knowledge or experience utilizing Video Security & Access Control products is highly desirable.Prior background or knowledge in IP networking, architecture protocols, security or system design is preferred.Intimate knowledge and experience with Windows troubleshooting tools and techniques.Prior experience with network equipment configuration, computer hardware configuration and troubleshooting is preferred.Candidates with technical certifications in the following areas or equivalent experience preferred: cloud computing, networking, storage technologies, cybersecurity, API/SDKs.Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude that demonstrates passion and enthusiasm for technology with an aptitude for customer satisfaction.Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written. Ability to explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong time management skills and consistently meets deadlines with focus and purpose.Ability to self-manage working as an individual contributor or as part of a collaborative group.

    Target Base Salary Range: $100,000-$125,000

    Field Sales Account Manager

    The Field Sales Account Manager will be responsible but not limited to the following:

    Responsible for existing and new business in Philadelphia Metro Area

    Responsible for sales, strategic account planning, and overall relationship management for the major state agencies in Pennsylvania.

    Product and service portfolio includes land mobile radio communication technology, software based solutions (9-1-1, CAD, RMS, Analytics), video solutions (in-car, body worn, physical: video and access control), cybersecurity and services.

    Proactively develop large project opportunities encompassing a wide range of products and services that will positively impact the mission of public safety.

    Develop and implement a comprehensive 10 year sales plan for each major state agency.

    Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within the account base to include Radio Managers, Agency Directors, Police and Fire Leadership, and legislative representatives.

    Assemble, direct and coordinate a diverse team of internal & external sales resources to assess customer's needs and address their requirements, including setting lobbyist strategies.

    Act as a trusted advisor to influence customer's technology platform decisions and develop preference and loyalty for Motorola Solutions.

    Proactively engage and manage channel partners goals & go to market strategy for accounts assigned within your geographic territory.

    Proactively engage in Motorola sponsorships and technology boards to build strategic relationships gaining exposure to key personnel, become a trusted expert and aid in our position for near and long term opportunities.

    Develop Motorola procurement vehicles for all Motorola's solutions to be leveraged across an entire assigned geographic territory.

    Ability to travel 50% within territory.

    Specific Knowledge and Skills:

    Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of sales and/or public safety experience OR 5+ years of sales and/or public safety experience.

    Previous Public Safety Experience is a plus.

    Previous outside sales experience selling solutions into government organizations is preferred.

    Candidates must have sales experience and an understanding of Motorola's ecosystem of solutions in order to understand the questions to ask to meet customer objectives.

    High tech solutions sales experience is a plus.

    Strong relationship development and management skills.

    Experience utilizing strategic account management practices (SalesWay).

    Excellent communication skills (oral, written & presentation), follow up and follow through skills.

    Ability to quickly learn new key characteristics of products/solutions and communicate how these solutions will solve our customer's needs.

    Excellent negotiation skills.

    Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-Level executives.

    Additional background checks could be required at customers' sites.

    Exceptional listening skills who can evaluate priorities, understand our customers goals and bring to them value driven solutions that deliver personal wins for our customers.

    Self-driven and motivated.

The opportunity Silvus is seeking a Support Logistics Associate who will report to the Director of Applications Engineering. The successful individual in this role will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and maintaining loan inventory, as well as handling RMAs and other sales-related activities. Additionally, this role will involve occasional assistance with testing events, including equipment preparation, transportation, as well as setup and teardown support. This position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday, at Silvus Technologies' HQ in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles. The following is a list of at least some of the current essential job functions of the position. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time at its discretion. Role and Responsibilities Manage the cleaning, configuration, preparation, and shipping of Loan radios and accessories. Receive, unpack, and process internal RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations). Assist with RMA shipments as needed, with primary responsibility held by the Shipping team; assist in packing and shipping outbound customer orders during periods of high demand with manager's approval. Oversee all aspects of outbound domestic and international shipments, including inspection, packing, and paperwork preparation. Maintain and manage Loan Inventory facilities and associated items. Conduct routine, monthly inventory audits, ensuring physical equipment counts match inventory software counts and loan inventory is neatly organized. Unpack and inspect incoming packages, ensuring all items are properly accounted for, in good, working order, cleaned, and stored in an organized manner. Manage inventory of packaging materials. Handle the packaging of products for shipment, as well as the coordination of transportation and carrier services. Ensure on-time delivery schedules and communicate tracking information for all shipments. Occasionally support the SE team in local and remote testing excursions, including equipment preparation, transportation, test site setup/teardown, and testing participation.
