About the Role Contract Details 12-month contract (potential for extension or conversion) Location: Charlotte, NC Schedule: 8:30am–5:30pm ET Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote W2 contract Team Overview This role sits within a large wholesale banking operations function supporting complex syndicated commercial lending activity. The team is responsible for post-origination loan servicing for large, multi-lender commercial loan deals. This includes maintaining accuracy and integrity across the full loan lifecycle, supporting servicing updates, rebookings, modifications, and ongoing portfolio maintenance once deals have closed. The environment is highly structured and process-driven, with a focus on data accuracy, operational consistency, and supporting high-volume, complex financial transactions. Responsibilities Maintain accuracy and integrity across the full loan lifecycle. Support servicing updates, rebookings, modifications, and ongoing portfolio maintenance. Work in a structured, deadline-driven environment. Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience (mid-level) Strong background in banking or financial services (any area acceptable) Experience in data-heavy roles (e.g., financial analyst, data analyst, operations support, or similar) Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Analytical mindset and ability to work with structured financial data Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Strong written communication skills Required Skills Comfortable working in a structured, deadline-driven environment Preferred Skills Experience with loan servicing systems (e.g., Loan IQ) Exposure to syndicated lending or wholesale banking environments Commercial loan operations or loan administration experience Portfolio management or credit/loan support background Financial or data analyst experience within a banking environment Read Less
