Morning Dew Landscapes ATL is looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman specializing in landscape installation and hardscape projects to join our team in Roswell, GA. We are a family-owned and operated landscaping company with over 25 years of experience, known for delivering high-quality outdoor installations including drainage systems, hardscapes, planting, and landscape transformations. This is not a lawn maintenance position! We are looking for professionals who enjoy building and installing landscapes from the ground up. If you take pride in craftsmanship, enjoy leading a crew, and like seeing a project come together from start to finish, we'd love to talk with you. What You'll Do Lead and work alongside a crew on landscape installation and hardscape projects Install drainage systems, grading, and water management solutions Build retaining walls, patios, walkways, and other hardscape features Install mulch, plant material, sod, and landscape beds Read and execute landscape plans and project specifications Ensure job sites are completed efficiently, safely, and to high quality standards What We're Looking For Experience with landscape installation, hardscapes, or construction-style landscaping Ability to lead a small crew and keep projects on schedule Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to operate landscape tools and equipment Reliable transportation to and from job sites Nice to Have Experience with estimating or project sales Knowledge of drainage solutions and grading Experience reading landscape design plans Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $39,890 - $59,370 (based on experience) Stable work with an established company Supportive family-owned team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Equal Opportunity Employer Morning Dew Landscapes ATL is an equal opportunity employer.
