Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Summary
The Warehouse Shift Supervisor provides frontline leadership to warehouse associates and ensures daily execution aligns with operational goals, production schedules, and customer requirements. This position oversees labor allocation, workflow execution, and compliance with food safety, GMP, and safety standards. The Supervisor is accountable for performance, problem-solving, and continuous improvement across all assigned warehouse functions. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

Position Summary
The Wareroom Supervisor – Labelling is responsible for supervising daily wareroom, labeling, and packaging support activities to ensure safe, efficient, accurate, and compliant operations. This position provides direct plant floor leadership to union employees and helps ensure production schedules are met through proper staffing, material coordination, equipment readiness, and adherence to company standards.
This role works closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, Scheduling/Planning, and other departments to support operational attainment, food safety, quality, employee performance, and continuous improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Is a Safety Champion for organization – ensuring employees and work environment are safe.
