    We are seeking an experienced Cost Estimator to serve as an expert resource for construction cost analysis. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in construction management, demonstrated expertise in DSA projects, and exceptional leadership abilities.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Review and revise bond phase estimates for completeness and accuracy Track and execute take-offs of construction documents.Coordinate project phase estimates (bond, SD, DD, CD, and post award) – evaluate and report any significant changes in costs. Assist with value engineering of projects.Provide expert advice on the cost for materials and systems.Prepares analysis summary of costs incurred during the construction phase.Report inaccuracies or omissions made in design or quote estimates.Review request for pricing as required for validation.Remain current on market rates for construction materials. Update database with regional construction costs based on project schedule according to value analysis.Maintain template for opinion of probable costs. Maintain calendar and monitor bidding projects within the educational and commercial field.
