    Job Summary

    We are looking for an ASE Certified and Experienced Automotive Technician with at least 10 years experience to join our family owned and operated automotive repair shop in Downtown Orlando.

     

    As an Master Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles. Repairs include but are not limited to electrical, HVAC, technical, general service and maintenance repairs to name but a few. You will be working on a range of different vehicles from cars and trucks, to commercial vans and passenger vans, to Turtle Top and converted buses. You must be comfortable using the manufacturer's computer software and have extensive knowledge of vehicle systems.

     

    If you have a “never give up” attitude and are willing to problem-solve until you find the best solution for the customer, we want to hear from you.

     

    Responsibilities

    Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codesAssist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocolsCarry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacementsConduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakesEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat businessConvey necessary vehicle repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or GED is requiredAn associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is requiredAutomotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers/SAE certification is requiredStrong customer service and communications skills are requiredAt least 10 to 15 years of experience is preferred as a Certified Automotive TechnicianBilingual English / Spanish is preferred but not necessaryCompany DescriptionFamily owned and operated auto repair shop.Company DescriptionFamily owned and operated auto repair shop.
