    A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety professional to lead safety, environmental compliance, and industrial hygiene initiatives within a dynamic production environment.

    This role will be responsible for maintaining compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations, conducting safety training, leading incident investigations, managing regulatory reporting, and driving continuous improvement efforts that promote a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.

    Qualifications:

    **What You'll Do:

    **

    Analyze, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems

    Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on:

    Motors

    Conveyors

    Pneumatic systems

    Production machinery

    Mechanical equipment

    Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues

    Read and interpret diagrams, schematics, technical manuals, manufacturer instructions, and engineering drawings

    Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions

    Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, and efficiency

    Adhere to all safety standards, policies, and best practices

    Collaborate with operations and production teams to minimize downtime and maximize performance

    **What We're Looking For:

    **

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment

    Basic computer proficiency

    Strong commitment to workplace safety

    Experience troubleshooting electromechanical systems, including controls, components, and wiring

    PLC diagnostics and troubleshooting experience preferred

    Experience working with robotic systems preferred

    Ability to troubleshoot and replace electrical field devices and components

    Strong understanding of:

    Hydraulics

    Pneumatics

    Mechanical drives and motors

    Bearings

    Fasteners and hardware

    Controls and automation experience preferred

    Knowledge of sensors and field devices, including:

    Photo eyes

    Proximity switches

    Encoders

    Reed sensors

    Ultrasonic sensors

    Micro switches

    Experience with electrical safety devices and control system installations preferred

    Process equipment controls troubleshooting and installation experience preferred
