    What Youll Do
    As a Restoration Technician, you will assist the Crew Lead in performing water mitigation, fire restoration, demolition, and cleanup services following Mooring USA's emergency service guidelines. Your work will directly impact the lives of our clients by helping restore their properties and peace of mind.

    Assist with water extraction, demolition, and cleaningRemove and dispose of non-salvageable materials as directedSet up and break down air movers, dehumidifiers, and other equipmentFollow safety protocols and proper material handling proceduresMaintain cleanliness and functionality of vehicles, equipment, and warehouseSupport team members and communicate clearly with the Crew LeadProvide high-quality service that meets company and customer expectationsAdapt to changing job needs, emergency calls, and varying work environmentsQualifications


    Required:

    What Youll Do
    As a Project Manager based out of our corporate office (DFW), youll be responsible for managing large-scale commercial construction projects across the country.     Lead project planning, coordination, and execution from start to finish.Read, interpret, and manage contract requirements, change orders, payment applications, and reporting.Oversee project schedules, field production, and communication between superintendents and stakeholders.Ensure quality assurance, safety, and cleanliness of project sites.Work directly with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal staff to address issues and drive resolutions.Manage budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, and cost tracking documentation.Evaluate and approve subcontractor invoices and cost submissions in collaboration with the field team.Maintain compliance with company standards and expectations for documentation, reporting, and professional conduct.Qualifications


    Required:


    5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.Strong ability to read and manage contracts, budgets, and schedules.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and team members.Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously (ground-up, industrial, TI, retail).Proficiency in project management tools like Procore and MS Project (or similar).OSHA 10-hour certification required; OSHA 30-hour preferred.Valid driver's license and clean driving record

    Preferred:


    Degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience with forecasting, cost control, and change order processes.Background in client-facing roles and working closely with design professionals.Deep knowledge of commercial construction methods, safety standards, and industry practices.

    We are seeking a dedicated Traveling Superintendenta hands-on leader with deep construction knowledge who can effectively manage site logistics, subcontractors, and safety on projects ranging from tenant improvements to ground-up commercial builds.     What Youll Do
    Based out of our Corporate Office (DFW), this role is responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects across the country.     Direct field staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and successful project execution.Interpret project plans, specs, and schedules to ensure alignment with quality and compliance standards.Develop and maintain site logistics, safety protocols, and inspection procedures.Execute weekly work plans and monitor subcontractor progress and responsiveness.Lead and document daily huddles, progress photos, reports, and inspections.Collaborate closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure proactive communication.Represent the company professionally with clients, architects, and inspectors throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications


    Required:
    3+ years of direct lead experience in commercial construction supervision.Expertise in all phases of construction including MEP, finishes, and building envelope.Proven ability to manage trades on projects from $300K to $10M.Excellent planning, schedule, and site logistics management.Proficiency in MS Office; experience with project management tools like Procore, MS Project, or Primavera.OSHA 10-hour certification (Mooring will facilitate 30-hour if needed).Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

    Preferred:

    Be ready to mobilize immediately to potential loss sites.Lead temporary labor teams with confidence and clarity.Enforce safety standards and OSHA/EPA regulations.Prepare job sites, tools, and materials daily; maintain site cleanliness and safety.Accurately track labor, materials, and equipment usage.Conduct quality control checks and document progress.Collaborate with project managers and communicate challenges in real time.Follow all Mooring Safety policies and standard operating procedures.Utilize internal systems for time tracking and reporting.Qualifications

    Required:

    Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.Familiarity with manual and power tools and construction equipment.Ability to work in outdoor conditions and during weekends, nights, or holidays.Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills.Comfortable following detailed oral and written instructions.Ideal:

    Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction industries.Knowledge of OSHA and IICRC standards.Willingness to obtain industry certifications (e.g., OSHA 10, WTR, ASD, FSRT, etc.).
