Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracksApply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipmentMix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and finishesFollow established safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspaceCollaborate with clients and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and exceed expectationsContinuously stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and technologyRequirements:
3+ years of professional painting experience in residential and/or commercial settingsStrong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and toolsAbility to work independently or as part of a team, adapting to different project needsExcellent communication and customer service skillsCommitment to quality, safety, and professionalismValid driver's license and reliable transportationWhat We Offer:
