    $87,032 - $103,224 per year plus a benefits package that ranges from $10,915-$12,122 depending on pay. (based on a Full-time work schedule) Rate of pay does not change based on direct or indirect hours- it's stays the same.

    About Us

    At MAPS, we combine Montessori principles with evidence-based autism interventions to create an inclusive, respectful, and empowering environment for individuals with developmental disabilities. We utilize ABA strategies combined with Naturalistic Developmental Behavior Intervention (NDBI), Pivotal Response Training (PRT), Peer Mediated Intervention (PMI) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to meet our client's individual needs.     Position Overview

    We are seeking a compassionate and experienced clinician to lead therapeutic services with professionalism and purpose. In this pivotal role, you will support the development of our clients and team through high-quality supervision, individualized behavior planning, and collaborative leadership.

    Key Responsibilities

    Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior
    intervention plans (BIPs)

    Oversee and adjust intervention plans based on data and client progress

    Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Mid-Level Supervisors

    Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness

    Provide monthly supervisions, parent training, and team workshops

    Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical compliance

    Participate in administrative decisions, including hiring and retention input

    Support program development and contribute to ongoing evaluation and innovation

    Qualifications

    Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field

    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

    Minimum 2 years of experience in applied behavior analysis or related clinical work

    Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools

    Familiarity with Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) and Peer-Mediated Instruction (PMI)

    Understanding of developmental play stages and Montessori-inspired approaches is a plus

    Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

    Valid CA Driver's License, auto insurance, CPR/First Aid certification, TB test, fingerprint clearance, and proof of required immunizations

    Purpose: To attract and retain qualified High-Level Supervisors, MAPS offers a sign-on bonus program. This bonus is designed to reward new employees for their experience and commitment to our mission. The bonus will be paid in quarterly installments over the course of one year of employment.Eligibility: This sign-on bonus applies to newly hired High-Level Supervisors (BCBA or LMFT). The bonus will range from $1,000 to $5,000, based on the candidate’s years of relevant experience.
    Employees will not be required to repay any installments already received if they leave prior to completing the full 12-month period.

    Mid-level Behavior Consultant / Group Facilitator with a Master’s Degree

    Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm

    Job Summary

    MAPS offers evidence based, scientifically proven behavior interventions for children and teens. Our on-site Behavior Skills Therapies vary throughout the day. We also provide in-home and community-based Social Skills and Behavior Skills services.

    Our mission is to build a community that offers children a guided path to develop social skills and friendships, improve quality of life and support families so they may better contribute to and participate in the world.

    Minimum Education Required

    Master's degree is preferred.

    Job Description + Responsibilities

    Supervise the clinical implementation of client therapy programs. Provide clinical training and guidance to staff members, communicate with parents regularly, attend all team meetings and training's, pay close attention to detail, possess ability to work with other providers and creatively solve problems.

    Other Requirements

    Two years working in a related therapy with children who have developmental disabilitiesKnowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and other behavioral approachesOrganizational and supervisory experienceStrong communication skills (written and verbal)RBT Certification

    Salary, Benefits + Opportunities

    MAPS offers both full and part-time positions, competitive salary, participation in retirement program, sick leave, PTO, ability to bring your children to work (if approved by manager), Health & Dental Insurance for full time employees and schedule flexibility.

    Pay: $29.00 - $37.00 per hour; based on education and experience. * Pay does not change for indirect hours- it stays the same.
