    The Role: As a Software Architect, you will serve as an authoritative expert and leader in software architecture, overseeing complex and critical projects. This role is responsible for software strategic planning, design, development, collaboration, and communication. Security Clearance RequiredDue to federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. persons and eligible for a U/S. security clearanceResponsibilities: Lead the analysis of project requirements and the design of software architectures.Drive the selection of appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools.Conduct and lead architectural reviews, discussions, and provide expert guidance.Plan software design and development work with:Java servicesThin-client UIHTML5REST/SOAP web servicesSQL databaseLINUXEvaluate and integrate third-party software components, APIs, and services.Document and communicate software architectures, ensuring alignment with project goals.Apply advanced architectural principles, design patterns, and coding standards.Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation and guidelines.Oversee and ensure the correct implementation of the software architecture by the development team.Skills & ExperienceUS Citizenship - requirements of our US Government customersAbility to obtain and maintain US DoD Security ClearanceA bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Advanced degree a Plus+15+ years of demonstrated experience in a Software Engineering environmentDoD software engineering experience is highly desirableA distinguished record of leadership, marked by the mentorship of junior, mid-level, and senior SW engineers and architects.Exceptional knowledge of software design patterns, architectural concepts, and best practices.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to influence and inspire teams.Proven track record of visionary leadership and strategic in software architecture.An unwavering commitment to advancing software architecture practices and innovation.Notice:Don’t meet every single requirement?  That’s ok!

    The Role: As a Sr. Software Engineer, you are in an experienced position within the software engineering field. In this rol,e you will play a significant part in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers and contribute to the overall success of software projects.Security Clearance RequiredDue to federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. persons and eligible for a U/S. security clearanceResponsibilities: Lead efforts to gather functional and non-functional requirements and create software representations.Adhere to coding standards and best practices while actively mentoring junior engineers.Develop both front-end and back-end software components according to design documents.Actively participate in team meetings, project planning, and decision-making.Assist in the writing of software development considerations for project proposals.Contribute to the development of comprehensive product specifications and system integration plans.Conduct code reviews and analysis to maintain high-quality code.Manage and maintain development environments with increasing technologies known, including cloud and local setups.Experience: US Citizenship - requirements of our US Government customersAbility to obtain and maintain a US DoD Security ClearanceA bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of demonstrated experience in Software Engineering environmentStrong proficiency in software development concepts and coding.     THE POSITIONWe’re looking for a motivated and independent Principal Software Engineer ready to dive in and contribute from one end of the system to the other.
