We have an immediate need for a full-time LAA with 3-5+ years of estate planning, probate, and trust administration experience. The successful candidate is smart, outgoing, proactive, comfortable with technology, familiar with the legal and law firm environment, and possesses strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. WealthCounsel software experience a plus.
Essential Job Duties:
· Heavy client communication;
· Ensure legal team is prepared with necessary materials for meetings;
· Manage and maintain multiple calendars and schedules;
· Review electronic and paper mail;
· Maintain files both in hard-copy and in the firm’s document management system;
· General administrative tasks including copying, scanning, processing time sheets and expense reports;
· Client contact during document signings;
· May be involved in:
Preparation of legal documents and correspondence;
Drafting wills and trusts
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred; however, an associate's degree and related experience will also be considered. Additional consideration will be given for Paralegal certificate holders. Individuals with estate planning, commercial real estate, and/or corporate legal experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Salary and Benefit Details:
The base pay range for this position is:
$56,000 to $58,000. The base pay is a range which is based on several factors including the candidate's experience, skills and knowledge, and includes consideration for internal equity.

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. This role focuses on supporting the acquisition, development, sale, and leasing of restaurant, retail, and manufacturing facilities, including local and national multi-unit properties for sophisticated clients. The position involves close collaboration with our real estate and mergers & acquisitions teams and includes meaningful work on title and survey matters, transaction documents, due diligence, and closings.

What We’re Looking For
· 1-5 years of commercial real estate experience at a law firm, in-house legal department, or comparable real estate environment
· Experience drafting and reviewing commercial real estate agreements, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, conveyance documents, and related closing materials
· Working knowledge of title and survey review, due diligence, and the closing process, with a desire to continue developing these skills
· Exposure to leasing, financing, and Phase I environmental review is a plus

· Ability to identify and summarize key issues in purchase agreements, leases, title commitments, surveys, and closing documents, with clear, concise drafting skills and attention to consistency, defined terms, and client-specific requirements
· Sound judgment in knowing when to raise issues, ask questions, recommend practical next steps, and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues
· Strong organization and follow-through on due diligence checklists, closing timelines, and transaction deliverables
· Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to manage multiple transaction tasks with appropriate supervision
· Creative problem-solver who uses internal and external resources effectively
· Commitment to ensuring documents are carefully reviewed, accurate, and ready for signature
· Comfort coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, title companies, lenders, surveyors, and internal team members
· Interest in developing client relationships and growing within a collaborative real estate practice
Qualifications
· Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
· Licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota (or eligible for immediate admission)

Salary range: $130,000 to $145,000.
