    About the role:
    We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our marketing operations, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and innovative strategies. Your primary focus will be managing and enhancing our MarTech stack, driving the adoption and utilization of tools that enable precise targeting and personalized campaigns. Your expertise in campaign operations and execution will be key to delivering high-quality, on-time campaigns that support both global and regional marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will harness the power of AI to automate and optimize our marketing processes, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results.

    Day to Day:

    Lead strategic initiatives, driving AI-powered automation, MarTech innovation, and efficient campaign execution to accelerate pipeline growth and improve ROI through the following:

    MarTech Strategy & AdministrationOwn the administration, optimization, and integration of the MarTech stack (Marketo, chatbot tools, Asana, etc.), ensuring seamless data flow and tool utilization.Oversee MarTech maintenance and enhancements, leveraging agency support.Drive adoption of existing and new tools and features, with a focus on automation, data hygiene, precise targeting, and campaign personalization. Campaign Operations & ExecutionLead end-to-end campaign intake, project management, and execution processes via Asana and other workflow tools.Manage email traffic, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time, high-quality campaign delivery.Implement and optimize frameworks for campaign and channel execution, supporting both global and regional marketing initiatives. AI-First Automation & InnovationLead the execution for AI-driven automation across campaign intake, build, QA, reporting, and asset creation (e.g., leveraging Zapier and other AI tools).Identify and implement opportunities to scale marketing operations through AI-powered workflows, dynamic content, and real-time optimization.Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Process Management & OptimizationDesign, document, and continuously improve operational processes for campaign execution, lead management, and reporting.Standardize and automate workflows to reduce manual work, eliminate bottlenecks, and enable self-service for marketers.Champion operational excellence and best practices across the marketing organization. Data, Reporting & AnalyticsOversee marketing data quality, enrichment, segmentation, and governance to enable precise targeting and measurement.Partner with Analytics team to deliver actionable insights, dashboards, and ROI analysis that inform campaign and channel optimization.Ensure campaign performance is tracked, reported, and tied to business outcomes

    Qualifications:

    5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or MarTech, with a proven track record in process automation, workflow optimization, and innovation.Expert-level technical proficiency in Marketo (architecture, tokens, assets) and Salesforce, including campaign hierarchy, UTM standards, and core MarTech integrations (Chatbot, Webinar, ABM).Strategic execution & QA of cross-channel campaigns and nurture programs, ensuring rigorous governance, data hygiene (enrichment, consent), and clear documentation.Operational leadership managing complex intake workflows (Asana), agency partnerships, and distributed cross-functional teams to drive multiple projects independently.AI & Efficiency-driven mindset, leveraging tools like Zapier and LLMs to enhance marketing scalability and performance.Analytical expertise in data-driven reporting and ROI optimization to guide marketing strategy and business impact.Excellent communication skills with a passion for emerging market Read Less

    Multi-location retail environment experience (50 locations required)

    Experience handling 300 tickets per day in high-volume environments

    Strong hands-on experience with enterprise ITSM tools (ServiceNow or Remedy Helix)

    Experience integrating AI/chatbots within ITSM workflows

    Knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud environments

    Experience with monitoring/observability tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog)

    Strong SLA management and process improvement background
