We are seeking a highly skilled Workato Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and deploy scalable AI-powered workflows using Workato. The ideal candidate will have experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and enterprise integration platforms. This is a hands-on technical role focused on creating prototypes, implementing automated workflows, and connecting AI to internal systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Workato recipes, connectors, and automation workflows at scale.
Build agentic AI workflows using LLMs and AI agents for multi-step decision logic.
Implement prompt engineering and structured outputs to handle scalable use cases (from small teams to enterprise-wide deployments).
Integrate LLMs with internal systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Epicor ERP) using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
Design end-to-end automated processes, connecting multiple systems and tools with Workato orchestration.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define use cases and deliver prototypes.
Maintain documentation for workflows, prompts, and operational runbooks for handoff and long-term maintainability.
Support integration architecture, data flows, and agentic AI best practices across enterprise platforms.
Troubleshoot and debug API payloads, authentication, and transformation issues.
Must-Have Skills / QualificationsStrong hands-on Workato experience: recipes, connectors, APIs, error handling.
Experience with AI/GenAI workflows: LLMs, prompt engineering, agent-based automation.
Ability to design end-to-end automation and agentic workflows.
Knowledge of integration architecture, data flows, and system connectivity.
Experience with RAG / MCP frameworks for connecting AI to internal data sources.
Basic coding in Python or JavaScript for custom logic in workflows.
Experience in debugging APIs, JSON, authentication, and payload transformations.
Comfortable working in remote, fast-paced environments with daily stand-ups.
Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with Workato Genie / AI modules.
Advanced knowledge of multi-agent orchestration and workflow scaling.
Familiarity with Snowflake, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.
Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior developers on Workato best practices
