Role Description We're hiring Senior, Staff and Principal Product Managers with 5+ years of PM experience with a track record of shipping products they're proud of. You'll own discovery, prioritization, and delivery on a high-leverage area of Monarch's product. A PM role at Monarch requires taking end-to-end responsibility from identifying the opportunity through shipping and iterating in-market. This is an individual contributor role with significant ownership and high autonomy. You won't be coordinating; you'll be building. Below, you'll find more information about the three product areas we're currently hiring for: Aggregation: Own the layer that makes reliable, accurate financial data possible. Work on bank connections, account sync, transaction normalization, and the pipelines every downstream experience depends on. Strong technical fluency is essential for making consequential calls about data architecture, third-party provider tradeoffs, and reliability investments. Familiarity with financial data or data platform products is a meaningful advantage. Core Product: Nearly every member interacts with Core Product surfaces every time they open the app. Focus on transactions, budget, reports, recurring accounts, dashboards, goals, forecasting, filters, and retail integrations. Strong consumer instincts and a high bar for craft are required. Make complex, messy financial data feel simple and trustworthy. AI: Own the AI-powered experiences that help members understand, act on, and stay on top of their finances. Experience shipping AI-powered features to real users is essential. Ability to make sound calls about where AI adds member value versus where it creates noise or erodes trust. When applying, please indicate which area is the strongest fit. We're open to candidates who could match more than one. Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience. Track record of shipping products. Strong technical fluency. Experience in fintech or personal finance is a plus. Requirements Own a product area end to end, from identifying the opportunity to shipping and iterating. Make decisions using quantitative data, qualitative research, and customer feedback. Communicate clearly and proactively across teams. Push forward new technologies, AI, and workflows.
