We are seeking an experienced and energetic Childcare Worker to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging childrens intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. Responsibilities
Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriateDesign a daily and weekly scheduleProvide basic care and caregiving activitiesEvaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestonesCommunicate with parents and update them on their childrens activities through daily app updates and personal discussions.Qualifications
Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare providerStrong understanding of child developmentPatient, kind, and nurturingExcellent organizational, communication, and time management skillsFirst aid/CPR certifiedAt least 18 years-oldHigh School diploma or equivalent REQUIREDAbility to pass background checksAbility to lift up to 30 lbs for child safety and emergenciesCompensation: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
