Inventory Ownership
Own and maintain accurate inventory across multiple facilities, including raw materials, hardware, and finished goodsEnsure proper allocation of materials to work orders/jobs within ERP, maintaining system integrity and traceabilityLead cycle count programs, physical inventories, and audit processes; drive root cause corrective actions for discrepanciesEstablish and enforce inventory control standards, including FIFO and location accuracyEnsure all inventory transactions (receipts, issues, transfers, shipments) are accurate and timely in the ERP systemPartner with Purchasing, Production and Planning to ensure material availability aligns with production schedulesLogistics, Shipping & Receiving

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and optimizing CNC machines to produce high-precision aluminum components, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and optimize CNC programs for aluminum extrusion machining using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, Fusion 360).
· Set up and operate CNC mills and routers to machine aluminum extrusions to tight tolerances.
· Collaborate with quality and production teams to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
· Troubleshoot machining issues and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
· Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters for aluminum materials.
