    As a Shift Leader at Molly Moon's, you play a key leadership role during each shift, setting the tone, supporting your team, and making sure every customer leaves happy. This is a hands-on, people-forward role for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow their leadership skills. You'll lead from the floor, coach teammates in real time, and partner closely with the Shop Manager to keep the shop running smoothly.
