As an In-Home Estimator for Molly Maid, you are a key team member in sales. You are responsible for preparing estimates within the scope of work while growing new relationships and cultivating existing relationships while upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. Perform onsite customer estimates - Use our proven sales system and your knowledge of cleaning quality to provide bullet-proof price estimates. Return customer calls, respond to customer complaints, and be ready to jump in where needed. Train and grow professionally as our business grows.
