Compensation
Hourly Pay: We pay hourly depending on experience, with consistent full-time hours and opportunities to pick up additional shifts across our offices based on performance and availability.Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and ensure a comfortable experienceAssist the dentist chairside during proceduresTake x-rays and impressionsMaintain strict sterilization protocols and a clean operatoryProvide clear and accurate post-operative instructionsPerform additional tasks as assignedQualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a dental practiceHigh School Diploma or GED (dental assisting certification preferred)Strong communication and organizational skillsExperience with Diamond Dental, Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar dental softwareCurrent Hep B, 8-Hour Infection Control Certification, California X-ray License, and CPR/BLS** Spanish speaking if preferred but not required **
