Job Summary
Mohr Plumbing and Heating of Morris is seeking a Journeyman Plumber to join our team! Mohr Plumbing and Heating has been proudly serving the Stevens county area for over 20 years. We primarily work on residential homes doing service, remodels, and about a new home each year.

This is a full time position that is based in Morris, MN.
The responsibilities include performing plumbing service calls for both residential and commercial clients (minimally), diagnosing customer problems, and providing solutions that follows the MN Plumbing code.
A successful journeyman plumber should be knowledgeable of the code, well-organized and detail-oriented
Follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections
Install new/replace fixtures, to include but not limited to, Toilets, tubs, sinks, faucets, water softeners, water heaters, garbage disposals, onyx showers etc. according to Minnesota Plumbing Code
Locating and identifying leaks, repairing or replacing pipes and parts
Drain cleaning and operation of jetting equipment
Water and Sewer repairs
Determining the right tools and equipment necessary to successfully complete a job
Educating and answering client questions in a respectful manner
Ensure that all work is in accordance with federal, state, and local plumbing codes along with identifying when a job requires a permit
Cleaning the job site after the work is completed
Experience
Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber
Experience in field service work is preferred.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by job duties.

We are a family owned operation. Both Sam and Aaron are involved in the daily operation of the business.
We have 6 techs in the field, 2 master plumbers in the office, 2 part time shop workers, and two office workers.
Mohr's has been around for over 30 years. Darrell Mohr sold the business to Phil who then owned it for 15 years before selling it to Sam and Aaron who are the current owners.
We are looking for an estimator or a journeyman plumber at this time.

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
