Mohle Adams is looking for a Part-Time Tax Accountant (up to 29 hours per week) with capability to work a flex schedule. A Tax Professional reports directly to a Tax Manager and has varied duties and assignments. Responsibilities include:
Prepare complex tax returns, such as partnership returns with special allocations, trust and estate returns, or multi-state returns.Review staff work and provide feedbackCollaborate with colleagues, managers, and partnersCommunicate with the client in writing or on the telephoneIdentify issues and planning opportunities during tax return preparationResearch complex federal or state tax issues as neededSeek on-going skill development and trainingOther duties and responsibilities as assignedEducation/Experience:
• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• CPA eligible (CPA preferred)
• 4 - 5+ years of tax compliance experience in public accounting with progressively more complex returns
