    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Auto Paint Prepper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting by ensuring surfaces are properly cleaned, sanded, masked, and primed. Your work is critical to achieving a high-quality finish and maintaining our standards of excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, grinding, and filling imperfectionsMask and tape off areas not to be paintedClean and degrease surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesionApply primers and sealers as neededInspect surfaces for defects and ensure readiness for paint applicationMaintain tools and equipment in good working conditionFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environmentCollaborate with painters and other team members to meet deadlines

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in auto body prep or related field preferredKnowledge of sanding, masking, and priming techniquesAbility to use hand tools and power tools safelyStrong attention to detail and quality workmanshipAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentGood communication and teamwork skills

    Physical Requirements:

    The Inventory Specialist plays a vital role in the daily management and maintenance of the dealership’s new and used vehicle inventory. Responsibilities include collaborating with the team to maintain an organized, visually appealing lot; receiving and stocking incoming vehicles; inspecting vehicles for transit damage; coordinating vehicles designated for wholesale; and supporting both the sales and service departments as needed. Ultimately, the Inventory Specialist ensures vehicles are properly positioned and available at the right time to support efficient operations and maximize sales and service effectiveness.

    Responsibilities:

    Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoiceInspect vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoiceRecord the description of damages and lists missing items on the delivery receiptPark new vehicles in assigned areasCatalog and store keysAssign stock control numbers to carsMove sold vehicles to maximize use of space and keeps the lot in orderDeliver sold vehicles to the vehicle preparation departmentService vehicles in storage to protect tires, battery, and finish against deteriorationOther tasks as assigned
