MOET Law Group is seeking an experienced Senior Negotiator to join our plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Irvine, CA. This full-time, in-person role is critical in the post-demand phase of personal injury cases, where you will negotiate directly with insurance companies to maximize settlements for our clients.
This position is ideal for a seasoned personal injury professional with strong demand negotiation experience, a deep understanding of case value, damages, and insurance strategies, and the ability to confidently handle high-value negotiations.
Salary Range: $25 $35 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary negotiator with insurance adjusters after demand is submittedEvaluate case value, liability, and damages to develop negotiation strategiesNegotiate settlements with insurance companies to maximize client recoveryReview and analyze medical records, bills, and supporting documentationDraft and revise demand packages and settlement communications as neededHandle counteroffers, strategy adjustments, and escalation of negotiationsCommunicate clearly with clients regarding settlement progress and expectationsCollaborate with attorneys, case managers, and staff on case strategyMaintain detailed records of negotiations, offers, and settlement outcomesAssist with high-value or complex cases and provide guidance to team membersQualifications
2+ years of personal injury negotiation experience (required)Proven ability to negotiate directly with insurance companiesStrong understanding of injury valuation, damages, and settlement strategyExperience handling high-volume or high-value casesExcellent negotiation, communication, and persuasion skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHigh level of organization and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines independentlyPreferred Qualifications
Experience as a demand writer, case manager, or pre-litigation negotiatorBackground in personal injury law firm operationsExperience mentoring or supporting junior team membersSpanish-speaking ability a plusJob Details
